Chris van Zyl has been in the residential construction industry for over 12 years specializing in high end residential homes and developments of over 40 homes.
His passion is to create and realize a dream home for the discerning client. This passion has forged a way for Kreate homes to become the online platform that will both educate and assist their clients achieving their dream homes. This assists the client to make informed decisions before commitments are made, providing the client with an detailed proposal on what the project will cost and the time factor furthermore to execute the project with both the professional team and the lead contractor.
Chris is driven by the success of the project and giving the client peace of mind on the interpretation of the dream "Big Picture", his skills include project management, forecasting, costing, construction management, construction detailing and residential property market analysis.

Robin began his career within the construction industry in 1998 when he became a member of WC Development and Construction. During this time, he has been exposed to both the commercial and residential sectors mostly in the Gauteng region.
WC Development & Construction has completed over 700 townhouses in 2007,and over 800 between 2009-2014 successfully furthermore doing projects from 1998-2020 included switch rooms. High rise flats. Gymnasium Groblersdal .Wilgers Hospital, Ford garage and high end homes in security estates which includes Waterfall Country Estate, Serengeti Golf and Wildlife estate. The Hills Game Reserve Estate and many more.
